We are currently looking for a business-oriented individual to provide logistical support, manage order fulfillment, handle dispatch operations, and deliver customer service.
Compensation: 18-22 per hour, depending on experience.
Employment Type: Full-time, Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Job Title: Customer Service Associate
Immediate openings are available at Joint Seafood (@jointseafood), the leading fish market in Los Angeles County. We specialize in selling dry-aged fish and training employees in this craft. As we are expanding rapidly, we seek to grow our entire operations team.
Experience is beneficial, but those without it will receive on-the-job training. We are ready to teach basic knowledge of seafood. A genuine interest in learning about various types of fish and seafood is essential. Basic math skills are required.

Requirements
- Experience with Excel forms and spreadsheets

- Food Handlers’ or ServSafe Certificate
- Reliable transportation or access to public transportation
Compensation
Based on experience. Currently, only full-time positions are available, with an hourly schedule of 40 hours per week.
