Position Details

• Location: Chino, California
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Hourly Pay: $20.00
• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable, customer-oriented individual to assist with daily operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with both clients and warehouse team members in a dynamic setting.

Primary Duties

• Engage with customers professionally through telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
• Deliver precise details regarding orders, merchandise, and services
• Complete data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Manage and refresh client records within CRM platforms
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and review
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel to address customer requirements
• Support general administrative and customer service activities as needed

Required Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory
• At least one year of prior customer service experience is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial
• Intermediate competency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with warehouse staff
• Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail
