On-Site Sales and Call Center Role (Start Immediately)

Location: On-site in Encino, CA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour, based on skill set. Base salary plus bonus (with unlimited earning potential!)

Position Summary

This is an immediate-start, in-office role designed for seasoned professionals. You will reach out to pre-qualified leads to schedule appointments for our home renovation department. We provide a competitive pay structure that includes a base salary, performance bonuses, and immediate compensation for confirmed appointments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home improvement telemarketing or appointment scheduling is mandatory.
• Maintain a positive, enthusiastic demeanor and excellent communication abilities.
• Must be self-driven, proactive, and aspire to advance beyond entry-level responsibilities.
• Able to commit to a FULL-TIME schedule: Sunday through Thursday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Important: This is not a remote or outsourced position. We are not seeking telemarketing services from the Philippines or any other outsourced location.
