Overview

We are looking for a well-organized Project Manager with solid expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL), WordPress, and digital marketing operations to oversee client campaigns and internal processes. The ideal candidate has agency experience and can effectively link strategy, execution, and client communication to ensure high-quality projects are delivered on time.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in a digital marketing or agency setting.
• Practical experience using GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Good working knowledge of WordPress.
• Experience handling SEO and marketing campaigns.
• Experience coordinating web design and development efforts.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Capability to manage several projects at once.

Key Responsibilities

• Project and Workflow Management: Manage multiple digital marketing and web development projects. Coordinate internal teams, track timelines, and ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
• GoHighLevel (GHL) Management: Oversee the creation, updates, and troubleshooting of funnels, landing pages, CRM setups, and automations (including workflows, email and SMS campaigns, and lead tracking).
• WordPress and Website Oversight: Manage website creation, launches, and SEO implementation (on-page optimization, metadata, schema). Collaborate with designers and developers.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for project updates, translating technical information into clear communications for clients.
• Quality Control: Review all deliverables (websites, funnels, automations) before launch to ensure they meet quality standards and function correctly.
