We are seeking an experienced supervisor to join a bustling third-party logistics warehouse operation. This position is office-based within the warehouse and involves managing orders, shipments, routing, and client communications. We need a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in 3PL or warehouse shipping coordination
• Proven ability to route orders for retail shipments
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Strong Excel and overall computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills for both phone and email communication
• Experience handling order processing and shipment tracking
