Overview

Strength United is currently looking for a licensed clinical professional to serve as Associate Director of Intervention Services. This role reports directly to the Executive Director and entails providing strategic direction, supervision, and overall management of clinical activities. The position emphasizes the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care, adherence to regulatory standards, and programmatic excellence. The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000.

Requirements

• A graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active California license as a Psychologist, LCSW, or LMFT, or the ability to obtain such a license within one year if currently licensed in another state.
• One to two years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• A background or strong interest in trauma-informed, equity-focused services.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Proven effectiveness working in diverse, multicultural environments.

Required Documentation and Pre-Employment Conditions

1. Verification of an active California license from the BBS or Psychology Board.
2. Successful clearance of County, State, and Federal background checks.
3. Review of driving record and educational credentials.
4. Completion of reference checks.
5. Proof of access to a reliable vehicle, a valid California driver's license, and proof of insurance.
6. Possession of a personal mobile phone is mandatory.
