Overview: This position is for a Construction Engineer Administrator who will deliver technical support, project management direction, and cost estimation skills. You will play a key role in overseeing the project lifecycle to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and within financial constraints.

Responsibilities

• Project Management and Oversight: Supervise construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to design standards and quality benchmarks.
• Scheduling: Develop and manage project timelines, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Documentation: Keep comprehensive project records, including daily logs, change orders, and progress reports.
• Coordination: Work alongside internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless operations.
• Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice, interpret blueprints, and resolve engineering-related issues.
• Safety and Compliance: Verify that all site activities comply with building regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Bidding and Cost Estimation: Produce accurate and competitive cost estimates by analyzing project documentation.
• Quantity Take-offs: Conduct detailed assessments of materials, labor, equipment, and services needed.
• Cost Analysis: Evaluate and set unit prices, taking into account all direct and indirect expenses.
• Value Engineering: Find ways to lower costs and boost efficiency while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• Engineering Experience: Minimum of 5 to 10 years required.
• Engineering Certification (Internationally recognized) is preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
• Must have a working phone, laptop, and vehicle.
