Mortgage Loan Processing Intern

Location: On-site at our penthouse office, 960 W. 7th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90017

Overview

Smart Choice Realty and Mortgage Finance, Inc. is looking for an intern to gain hands-on experience in mortgage loan processing and closing. This is an immersive opportunity that may lead to a permanent role and substantial income. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a tight-knit group. Expenses for licensing, lodging, and meals will be provided during the internship. Successful individuals can eventually earn between $50,000 and $100,000 per month.

Requirements

• Must reside very close by or be willing to live with us.
• A real estate license is helpful but not required; we will help you acquire needed licenses (Real Estate, Broker, NMLS).
• Must be flexible, quick to learn, a fast typist, meticulous, clear in speech, and diligent.
• Some college experience is advantageous.
• Seeking a long-term professional partnership, not a short-term job.
• Must be dependable, prompt, and take pride in honoring commitments.
