We provide a base pay of twenty to twenty-eight dollars per hour, plus performance-based bonuses.
Qualifications
- Previous dispatching experience (HVAC background is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and computer proficiency
- Solid understanding of the local area (San Fernando Valley and surrounding neighborhoods)
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan CRM is highly preferred
- Dependable, self-motivated, and ready to help the team succeed
Key Responsibilities
- Managing technician schedules, route planning, and daily job assignments
- Handling customer calls, service requests, and required follow-ups using ServiceTitan CRM or similar systems
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients and field staff
- Ensuring all inquiries are addressed quickly and with care
- Supporting the administrative team with scheduling, coordination, and daily office tasks
