Hourly Wage: $21 to $23 per hour, based on experience.

Overview

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team. This position covers the entire recruitment process, from attracting and selecting new hires to supporting the retention of existing employees. Candidates must have prior recruiting experience in a staffing agency setting.

Requirements

• Must have previous experience in the staffing industry, with a preference for background in light industrial staffing.
• Must be able to build positive relationships with all team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, source, and interview potential candidates.
• Assist with the onboarding and training of new employees.
• Promote and maintain the company's culture, core values, and policies.
• Prepare and submit reports and documents as requested by management.
• Organize initiatives and events that recognize employee contributions.
• Keep employee records updated and accurate.
