Please read this advertisement carefully from beginning to end before responding. My name is Tom Pergola, a globally recognized pop artist (known as The King Of Pop Art), seeking someone interested in owning their own art gallery with approximately 42 million dollars worth of my original fine art pieces for sale. All I ask is that you sign a lease for a retail storefront in a high-traffic location, and I will provide you with approximately 42 million dollars worth of my original artwork at no cost to you. That is correct, there is no cost for inventory on your end. Upon the sale of any artwork, we will split the sale price. In some instances, this could mean three-quarters of a million dollars for you from the sale of one of my five million dollar pieces. The same 15 percent commission will apply to my other original pieces priced in the millions of dollars. A 50 percent commission will apply to my lower-priced pieces. You must also cover rent, insurance, and the operational costs of running the gallery.
