Opportunity to Own an Art Gallery
My name is Tom Pergola. I am an internationally recognized pop artist, often referred to as The King of Pop Art. I am seeking an individual who is interested in owning their own art gallery, stocked with approximately 42 million dollars worth of my original fine art pieces to sell.
My only requirement is that you sign a lease for a retail storefront located in a high-traffic area. In return, I will supply you with approximately 42 million dollars of my original artwork at no cost to you. That is correct: there is no charge for the inventory. When my artwork sells, we will split the proceeds.
In some instances, this could result in you receiving three-quarters of a million dollars from the sale of a single piece valued at five million dollars. The same 15 percent commission applies to my other original pieces priced in the millions. A 50 percent commission applies to my lower-priced pieces.
