We are seeking a true business development hunter—someone who opens doors, builds relationships, and closes deals. You will lead client acquisition across California, with a focus on the greater Orange County and Los Angeles markets, while also serving as our local office representative for coordination and market presence. If you thrive on results, can work independently, and want real income upside directly linked to what you produce, this role is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy targeting Orange County, LA, and surrounding California markets.
- Prospect and close new staffing accounts across logistics, warehousing, light industrial, events/hospitality, and clerical sectors.
- Build relationships with operations managers, plant managers, HR leaders, and business owners.
- Conduct cold outreach, site visits, in-person meetings, and networking events to generate new partnerships.
- Prepare and present pricing proposals and staffing solutions to decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close service agreements with new clients.
- Coordinate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and order fulfillment.
- Serve as local office representative and maintain in-person presence as needed.
- Track all pipeline activity and account performance in CRM (HubSpot) with weekly reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in outside sales, business development, or staffing/workforce solutions sales.
- Demonstrated ability to self-source leads, run a full sales cycle, and close new accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter who can manage a pipeline independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with California labor law and AB5 compliance in a staffing context.
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred

- Existing client network or relationships in Orange County or Los Angeles.
