We are launching a new water, fire, and mold restoration company in the Los Angeles area and are looking for an experienced leader to serve as Chief Executive Officer.

This role is intended for someone with an insider’s understanding of the restoration industry—how contracts are secured, how field crews operate, how projects are managed, and how to grow a business with consistency and discipline. You will be tasked with shaping the company’s operations, recruiting a team, and implementing the systems necessary to run a reliable and profitable enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day business operations
• Build and manage field crews, project managers, and office staff
• Establish clear procedures for emergency response, mitigation, and reconstruction work
• Cultivate relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, and referral partners
• Manage estimating, job costing, and overall project profitability
• Ensure high standards for quality, communication, and customer experience
• Lead growth initiatives while maintaining operational control

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership experience in water damage and restoration work
• In-depth knowledge of how restoration jobs are managed from start to finish
• Experience supervising teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Solid understanding of estimating, pricing, and job profitability
• Ability to build structure, accountability, and a reliable team
• Practical, hands-on approach with strong decision-making skills
