I am looking for the person who helps run my life, my schedule, my follow-through, my personal operations, and manages the chaos around a rapidly growing company. Your job has two parts: first, react fast when I need something. Second, anticipate what I need before I have to ask. If you are elite, this role will be one of the most critical positions in my life. You will help me move faster, think clearer, stay organized, get to the gym, make better decisions, follow through on commitments, hire better people, and prevent important things from falling through the cracks.

I move quickly. Poppy is generating millions per year. I have over one million YouTube subscribers. I am constantly building, hiring, launching, traveling, creating, and solving problems. I need someone who can keep up. I do not want a boring corporate robot. I want a goofy, sharp, highly competent operator who can laugh, brainstorm deeply, use AI like a weapon, and make my life ten times smoother. You are essentially becoming the architect of my entire life.

Here is what my dream person looks like. They are fast as hell. Texts are quick, research is quick, follow-up is quick, and loop closing is quick. When I hand you something, I do not want it disappearing into the void. I want momentum. They are AI-native. You should be using AI constantly: ChatGPT, Claude, Poppy, Notion, Claude Code, agents, automations. Whatever helps you move faster. I want someone who sees AI as an extension of their brain. They are systems-obsessed. Notion should be your playground. You should love building systems for calendar, travel, hiring, follow-up, reminders, personal operations, team coordination, project tracking, recurring workflows, and AI agents. I do not just want tasks done. I want my life to become easier because you designed better systems around me.

They understand ADHD and chaotic founder energy. My brain moves fast. I jump between ideas, get excited, change direction, and see fifty possibilities at once. I need someone who can follow the thread, capture the gold, organize the chaos, and help me execute. If fast-moving creative chaos drains you, this is not the role. If it energizes you, we might be dangerous together. They are fun to be around. This matters. You will shadow me a lot. You will hear my ideas, help me think, and be around my business, personal life, travel, gym, chess, random projects, and insane brainstorms. I want someone I actually enjoy talking to. Highly competent, goofy, sharp, funny, positive, with builder energy. I want to see your name pop up on iMessage and think, hell yes, let us cook. They are a life designer. You are not just booking what I ask for. You are helping design a better life. For example, if I say I want to play more chess, you do not just say cool. You find chess tournaments, research cool locations, figure out where elite players are going, discover that Magnus Carlsen is playing in Norway, and map flights, hotels, schedules, logistics, and turn it into an actual plan. That is the level. You help me build a life that is healthier, more fun, more ambitious, and more alive.

They can shadow me and soak up context. I want someone who can learn me deeply: how I think, how I decide, what annoys me, what excites me, who matters, what projects matter, and what balls cannot drop. The more you shadow me, the more dangerous you become. Eventually, I want you to be able to make decisions on my behalf because you understand my taste, standards, and priorities. They can help me hire killers. A huge part of this role is talent. I need you helping me screen people: growth marketers, operators, agencies, contractors, assistants, editors, and whoever else. You should be able to help me filter talent, coordinate interviews, run trial tasks, spot red flags, and save me from wasting time with people who sound good but are not effective.

Here are the disqualifiers. You are slow. You need tons of hand-holding. You do not use AI every day. You are not systems-minded. You hate chaos. You cannot handle direct communication. You want a predictable 9 to 5. You are boring to brainstorm with. You do not have an iPhone. You do not have iMessage. You use Windows. You have to be really good if you want to overcome this one, so good that I get convinced to buy you a MacBook. Work-life balance or you have been burned out before. I hate all B words: burnout, boundaries, balance. Anytime someone like that gets in my life, I start hating them with a capital H. It slows me down and kills my momentum and excitement to come up with and execute on new ideas. I feed off energy and momentum.
