Auction Site Manager: Equipment, Forklift, Yard Ops $28-$30 per Hour (Paso Robles)

About the Role

Fast Bid Auctions, LLC is looking for a proactive, well-organized, and results-driven Auction Site Manager to oversee day-to-day activities at our Paso Robles location. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will be directly involved in managing your team, moving machinery, photographing and listing auction items, and ensuring each auction event runs seamlessly from item intake to customer pickup. If you are knowledgeable about equipment, can operate a forklift, pay close attention to detail, and are at ease working on a computer, we encourage you to reach out.

What You Will Do

• Oversee and coordinate site employees and daily yard operations
• Take photos, catalog, and upload inventory to our online auction system
• Operate a forklift to unload containers, arrange items, and assist customers with loading purchases
• Manage inventory control, scheduling, and overall facility organization
• Enforce safety standards and company policies
• Cultivate strong relationships with consignors, customers, and vendors
• Communicate with senior management regarding site performance and process improvements

What We Are Looking For

• Forklift experience is required; forklift certification is required or willingness to obtain it
• Practical familiarity with heavy equipment, tools, and the types of items commonly sold at auction
• Solid computer skills including comfort with Excel, email, photo management, and web-based platforms
• Proven ability to lead, train, and hold a team accountable
• High level of organization with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in auction, equipment, logistics, or yard operations is a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required experience and capability are what matter most

Compensation and Benefits

• 28.00 to 30.00 dollars per hour, based on experience
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week
