Overview

Clarvida is seeking a Program Director to manage the clinical and administrative functions of one or more mental health programs based in Bakersfield. This full-time role comes with a competitive annual salary between $90,000 and $110,000, opportunities for leadership development and career advancement, and access to daily pay. You will guide teams, oversee program performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote high-quality, culturally sensitive mental health services.


Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline.
  • Current and valid California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Ph.D., or Psy.D.; a license with at least 2 years of experience is preferred for supervision eligibility.
  • Demonstrated experience in behavioral health programs, including managerial or administrative leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in budget management, staff training, compliance, and QA/QI processes.
  • Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance; willingness to travel locally.
