Overview

The Property Manager oversees the operational, financial, and administrative performance of the assigned property. This position ensures the asset remains well-maintained, financially sound, compliant with all regulatory standards, and aligned with company policies and strategic goals. The Property Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, controlling expenses, managing staff performance, and enhancing resident satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of relevant job experience in an Assistant Manager or Manager role is required, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Familiarity with general business and accounting principles and practices.
  • High School level mathematical aptitude.
  • Proficient in personal computer use and business-related software, including Microsoft Office products and email.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Property Management Software.

  • Maintain delinquency at or below 2%.

  • Maintain high resident satisfaction and low complaint escalation rates.
  • Foster strong employee engagement and acceptable turnover rates.
  • Complete capital projects on time and within budget.
