We are assembling an exceptional leadership team for a brand new Raising Cane's location. We are looking for a highly energetic individual who enjoys guiding others and excels in a busy restaurant setting. This role offers a competitive starting wage of $24 per hour plus a monthly bonus tied to sales, comprehensive benefits, and a lively, positive work environment.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in restaurant or retail management.
- Effective communicator and capable team leader.
- Dependable, well-organized, and eager to advance.
- Willing to work daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
What You Will Do
- Manage shifts as the designated Manager on Duty.
- Inspire and guide the crew members.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain smooth operations.
- Oversee cash handling, safety protocols, and store standards.
- Keep the restaurant clean and operating efficiently.
Pay and Benefits
- $24 per hour starting pay plus a Monthly bonus (based on overall sales).
