Project Assistant – Luxury Residential Construction

Overview

Assist project managers with high-end renovations and new builds in Malibu. This position is central to managing subcontractors, monitoring paperwork, and guaranteeing the seamless progress of upscale residential projects. Pay ranges from $30 to $50 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of direct construction experience, ideally in residential projects.
• Solid grasp of construction workflows, sequencing, and premium finishing materials.
• Must own a dependable vehicle and be ready for daily travel to Malibu, with occasional trips to Santa Monica.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of juggling multiple tasks in a high-pressure setting with strict deadlines.
• Comfortable with fundamental computer tools such as email and spreadsheets; familiarity with Procore is an advantage.
• Maintain a constructive attitude, strong dedication, attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach.
