Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at our LAX LTL office.

Location: 2501 ROSECRANS AVE., LOS ANGELES, CA 90059.

Pay: $30 to $35 per hour, with bi-weekly wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Summary

This role involves preparing and coordinating airfreight shipments for export while adhering to all applicable regulations. We are seeking a meticulous individual with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience to thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment at our LAX facility.

Qualifications

• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in international export operations.
• Familiarity with cargo operations is advantageous.
• Capability to work in a high-speed setting and manage various tasks concurrently.
• Meticulous, highly organized, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Optimistic outlook and eagerness to acquire new skills.
• Self-sufficient with the ability to work autonomously.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of air export operations, including generating master and house airwaybills and choosing suitable air carriers.
• Diligently monitor all international export cargo, updating progress markers in CargoWise.
• Engage regularly with airlines, vendors, trucking companies, clients, sales representatives, and international offices.
• Adhere to client standard operating procedures and address internal and external emails and inquiries promptly.
• Guarantee continuous adherence to internal and external rules and regulations.
• Carry out additional tasks as required.
