Senior Business Systems Analyst - JDE
General Overview: This position follows a Hybrid work model (3 days on-site, 2 days remote). The Business Systems Analyst will focus on system design and enhancing operational efficiency. Candidates must have 15+ years of experience with JD Edwards (JDE) and deep knowledge of core distribution workflows. The base salary ranges from $132,261.50 to $161,713.05.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and prioritize business needs through interviews, data analysis, and process mapping.
- Evaluate existing systems, workflows, and data flows to pinpoint gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Convert business requirements into detailed project briefs, requirement documents, and design specifications.
- Assess and compare solution options, ensuring technical viability and alignment with business objectives.
- Perform system and user acceptance testing, create test plans, and verify that changes are validated before deployment.
- Develop training materials and deliver end-user training for new systems or upgrades.
- Coordinate and mentor cross-functional team members to facilitate knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Adhere to IT standards, including project management lifecycle, SDLC, QA methods, and documentation protocols.

Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of JD Edwards system design, configuration, and testing expertise.
- Extensive experience with core distribution processes: Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Accounting (AP/AR/GL), and Warehouse Management.
- Ability to interpret, document, and articulate complex business needs.
- Practical experience configuring systems, supporting end-users, and leading testing phases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to evaluate system limitations and recommend process or technical improvements.
- Capability to mentor others and advise on methodologies, standards, and best practices.
Education and Certifications
- Two-year degree or equivalent vocational program required; four-year degree preferred.
Work Schedule and Environment
- Work Model: Hybrid — 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
- Travel: Less than 10% expected.
- Role Type: Individual Contributor (no direct supervisory duties).

Compensation and Benefits
- Base Pay Range: $132,261.50 - $161,713.05
