Overview

Become part of the leading adventure travel provider on the Central Coast. The Group Experiences Coordinator plays a key role in designing, marketing, and delivering custom programs for corporate, academic, and group clients. This position integrates sales, logistical coordination, and innovative thinking within a vibrant, nature-centered work environment. Compensation is set at $21.00 – $25.00 per hour based on experience.

Requirements

• Knowledge and Experience: One to two years in event coordination, sales, or a comparable field. Deep familiarity with the Santa Barbara and Santa Ynez Valley areas. Competence in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Core Skills: Strong communication and organizational abilities. Capability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy. Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
