  • Strong welding abilities, with stick welding and structural pipe work preferred.
  • Prior experience leading a crew or serving as a foreman or lead.

  • Capability to sustain productivity while ensuring high-quality work.
  • Effective communication skills and professional client interaction.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • A Class A license is highly desirable.
  • Experience with equipment such as skid steers, post drivers, and similar tools is preferred.
  • Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and oversee welding work on pipes, H-braces, gates, and structural components.
  • Install and manage wire fencing systems, including barbed wire, field fence, and game fence.
  • Maintain consistent quality control with no compromises.
  • Accurately lay out jobs, including post spacing, brace positioning, elevations, and alignment.
  • Plan daily production to meet schedules and footage goals.
  • Read and interpret plans, specifications, and layout requirements.
  • Communicate directly with clients on-site in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and site logistics.
  • Enforce safety protocols and keep the jobsite organized.
  • Train and mentor crew members to improve their skills.
  • Resolve field issues and keep projects progressing smoothly.

What We Are Looking For

  • An individual who takes full responsibility for their crew and work output.
  • A leader who establishes benchmarks for quality, speed, and professionalism.
  • A problem solver who anticipates challenges and adapts in the field.
  • Someone who positively represents the company to clients.
