The product is called Rööm, a kit-of-parts structure requiring minimal foundation, fast installation, and featuring a Japandi design aesthetic. The target market includes outdoor hospitality, wellness retreats, glamping resorts, and accessory dwelling units (ADUs).

Overview

We are looking for one business development partner to help us expand into the hospitality and outdoor resort sector. This is not a sales representative position. It is a co-founder-level role for someone with existing industry connections who wants to build something with real growth potential and equity ownership.

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality, glamping, wellness, or outdoor resort development.
• Genuine relationships with developers, operators, or resort owners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with early-stage startups.
• Belief in the product and the market.
