Summary: This position manages the daily functions of a car wash facility to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction, hygiene, and operational effectiveness. The role reports to the Site Manager and involves directing a team to sustain vehicle throughput and enhance profitability.

Main Duties

• Operational Management: Supervise routine activities, including opening and closing tasks, equipment upkeep, and guaranteeing safe vehicle loading procedures.
• Staff Guidance: Educate and mentor employees on safety measures, service quality standards, and sales strategies for membership plans.
• Customer Service: Handle inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to deliver a favorable customer journey.
• Clerical Responsibilities: Organize employee shifts, payroll, and precise reconciliation of financial transactions such as daily deposits.
• Quality Assurance: Perform frequent checks of the premises and gear to confirm alignment with corporate cleanliness and performance benchmarks.

Standard Prerequisites

• Background: Usually requires 1 to 5 years of supervisory or management experience, ideally in car wash or associated sectors. Mechanical know-how is advantageous.
• Physical Needs: Capacity to remain upright and move for extended durations and labor outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
• Competencies: Robust leadership, communication, problem-solving capabilities, and fundamental mechanical insight for equipment maintenance.
