Operations and Growth Manager – Sober Living Role

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned operator to collaborate directly with ownership on expanding a sober living organization. This is not a position for beginners. It is intended for an individual capable of assuming responsibility, delivering results, and supporting the establishment of numerous new facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations in partnership with the President.
• Assist with launching new sites, including planning, preparation, and implementation.
• Oversee occupancy and admissions, realizing that filled beds drive outcomes.
• Develop referral networks involving treatment centers, VA, and hospitals.
• Handle bookkeeping, monitoring, and financial organization.
• Ensure operations remain efficient, structured, and expandable.
• Support growth, streamlined processes, and larger-scale operations.

Essential Qualifications – Do Not Apply Without These

• Demonstrated background in operations, sales, or business leadership.
• Strong computer literacy and organizational capability are mandatory.
• Experience with bookkeeping and numerical tracking.
• Capability to resolve issues independently without close supervision.
• Willingness to be answerable for outcomes.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Preferred: background in sober living, recovery, or understanding of blueprints and layouts.

Compensation Package

• $20 per hour plus performance-related bonuses.
