Full-Time Leadership Position

Overview

Jerry Graham Auto Body is looking for a seasoned and motivated manager to guide our team and supervise day-to-day operations. This is a leadership opportunity for a driven individual who values performance, staff growth, and delivering outstanding outcomes. Compensation includes a base salary of $110,000 per year or based on experience along with substantial monthly bonus opportunities between $1,000 and $4,000.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of collision repair management experience.
• Solid knowledge of production management and workflow efficiency.
• Proven ability to guide and inspire a team using positive encouragement.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to develop and sustain excellent relationships with OEM and local dealership partners.
• Outcome-oriented with a focus on achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Experience overseeing insurance Direct Repair programs.
• Existing connections with CSAA, State Farm, Farmers, and USAA.

Schedule and Benefits

Schedule: Full-time, mainly Monday through Friday.
