We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team at our North Hollywood location. This position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced setting, possesses strong customer service abilities, and is adept at managing multiple tasks across various systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers with inquiries, product suggestions, and order placement
• Process phone orders accurately and ensure correct delivery routing
• Learn and operate company software, including POS and dispatch systems
• Coordinate with drivers and assist with dispatching or route management as needed
• Resolve customer issues promptly and provide timely solutions
• Upsell products and promote special offers to increase order value
• Step in for deliveries when required

Requirements:

• Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience is required
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Comfortable managing multiple calls and systems simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required
• Knowledge of Southern California routes and areas, dispatch experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be dependable and punctual

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the cannabis industry
• Knowledge of cannabis products such as flower, concentrates, and edibles
• Dispatching and delivery coordination experience
• Sales or upselling experience

Schedule:

Full-Time Position
Must be available for evening, weekend, and closing shifts.
