You will be the Chief of Staff for an ADHD co-founder building a billion dollar startup. That co-founder is me.

Hi, I am Qazi.

I am a nerd who absolutely loves chess. I am significantly ADHD and neurodivergent with an extremely abnormal sleep schedule. One day I wake up at 9 am, another at 9 pm. I am happiest when I am sleep deprived because that usually means I am obsessed with whatever I am working on during that time.

I am looking for the person who helps manage my life, my schedule, my follow through, my personal operations, and much of the chaos surrounding a fast growing company.

Your job has two parts:

1. React fast when I need something.
2. Anticipate what I need before I have to ask.

If you are elite, this role will be one of the most important positions in my life. You will help me move faster, think clearer, stay organized, go to the gym, make better decisions, follow through on commitments, hire better people, and prevent important things from falling through the cracks.

I operate at high speed. Poppy is generating millions per year. I have over one million YouTube subscribers. I am constantly building, hiring, launching, traveling, creating, and solving problems. I need someone who can keep up.

I do not want a boring corporate robot. I want a quirky, highly skilled, and extremely capable operator who can laugh, brainstorm deeply, use artificial intelligence like a weapon, and make my life ten times smoother. You are essentially becoming the architect of my entire life.

What My Ideal Person Looks Like

Fast as hell. Texts are quick. Research is quick. Follow up is quick. Closing the loop is quick. When I hand you something, I do not want it disappearing into nothing. I want momentum.

AI native. You should be using artificial intelligence constantly. ChatGPT, Claude, Poppy, Notion, Claude Code, agents, automations. Whatever helps you move faster. I want someone who sees AI as an extension of their brain.

Systems obsessed. Notion should be your playground. You should love building systems for calendar management, travel planning, hiring processes, follow ups, reminders, personal operations, team coordination, project tracking, recurring workflows, and AI agents. I do not just want tasks completed. I want my life to become easier because you designed better systems around me.

You understand ADHD and chaotic founder energy. My brain moves fast. I jump between ideas. I get excited. I change direction. I see fifty possibilities at once. I need someone who can follow the thread, capture the gold, organize the chaos, and help me execute. If fast moving creative chaos drains you, this is not the role. If it energizes you, we might be dangerous together.

You are fun to be around. This matters. You will shadow me frequently. You will hear my ideas. You will help me think. You will be involved in my business, personal life, travel, gym, chess, random projects, and intense brainstorming sessions. I want someone I actually enjoy talking to. Highly competent, quirky, sharp, funny, positive, with builder energy. I want to see your name appear on iMessage and think, absolutely yes, let us get started.

You are a life designer. You are not just booking what I ask for. You are helping design a better life. For example, if I say I want to play more chess, you do not just say cool. You find chess tournaments. You research interesting locations. You figure out where elite players are going. You find out Magnus Carlsen is playing in Norway. You map flights, hotels, schedules, logistics, and turn it into an actual plan. That is the level. You help me build a life that is healthier, more fun, more ambitious, and more alive.

You can shadow me and absorb context. I want someone who can learn me deeply. How I think. How I decide. What annoys me. What excites me. Who matters. What projects matter. What cannot be dropped. The more you shadow me, the more dangerous you become. Eventually, I want you to be able to make decisions on my behalf because you understand my taste, standards, and priorities.

You can help me hire top performers. A major part of this role is talent. I need you helping me screen people. Growth marketers, operators, agencies, contractors, assistants, editors, and others. You should be able to help me filter talent, coordinate interviews, run trial tasks, spot red flags, and save me from wasting time with people who sound good but are not effective.

• You are boring to brainstorm with.
• You do not have an iPhone.
• You do not have iMessage.
• You use Windows. You have to be exceptionally good to overcome this one. So good that I get convinced to buy you a MacBook.
• You prioritize work life balance or have experienced burnout before. I dislike all words starting with B, such as burnout, boundaries, and balance. When someone like that enters my life, I start to strongly dislike them. It slows me down and kills my momentum and excitement to generate and execute new ideas. I thrive on energy and momentum.
