We are seeking a dependable and well-organized individual to support daily office operations. This role begins on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition into full-time employment. A cheerful and optimistic demeanor is essential.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders
• Contacting customers to verify order details via phone
• Responding to emails, text messages, and phone inquiries
• Ensuring accuracy of colors, styles, and quantities
• Helping with various general office tasks

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• E-commerce experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Organized and reliable
• Strong communication skills
• Capability to manage a demanding workload without becoming stressed

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Start time around 8 AM (flexible to 9 AM)
• 4 to 6 hours per day
• Possible full-time role depending on experience
