Seasonal Position | Greater Conejo Valley & Ventura County

Join the 805Lifeguard team and assist in ensuring the safety and happiness of local families throughout the summer season.

We are looking for certified, professional, and enthusiastic Summer Lifeguards to work at private community pools and exclusive HOA facilities across the greater Conejo Valley, Ventura County, and surrounding areas such as Lake Sherwood, North Ranch, Spanish Hills, Calabasas, Ventura, Malibu, Somis, Ojai, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor the pool area and maintain proactive safety surveillance
• Enforce pool rules with courtesy and confidence
• Respond to emergencies, including rescues, first aid, and CPR
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification, or willingness to obtain it (certification support is available)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong swimming abilities and reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check
