A well-established commercial HVAC and refrigeration company with over 20 years of experience and more than 100 technicians is seeking a sharp and organized Dispatcher to join the team. This role involves coordinating service calls across multiple locations in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment. If you enjoy staying busy, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly, this position may be an excellent fit.

What You Will Do

• Receive and process incoming service requests via phone, email, and portals
• Dispatch technicians based on their skills, location, and urgency of the job
• Provide customers with updates on estimated arrival times and job status
• Adjust schedules in real time as circumstances change
• Coordinate parts and provide support to technicians in the field
• Review service reports to ensure they are complete and accurate

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and think quickly
• Strong communication skills, both clear and professional
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-moving environment
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
• Team player with a strong work ethic

Experience

• Preferred experience in dispatching or service coordination
• Experience in HVAC, construction, or field service is a plus
• Customer service background is helpful

If you lack direct experience but are sharp and reliable, we are open to training the right person.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Rotating weekends and on-call duties shared among the team

• Norco office
• Hybrid or remote flexibility depending on experience
