Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers in real time
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, issue resolution, and outreach
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely manner
• Manage and reply to messages on social media platforms
• Help customers with order status, tracking, and any issues related to their purchase
• Provide clear and accurate product recommendations
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a professional tone

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong reliability and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable handling phone, chat, and email-based customer service
• Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
• Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
