Your Responsibilities

• Support daily property management tasks
• Assist with rent collection, financial ledgers, and resident accounts

• Collaborate closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team
• Manage leasing activities as needed, including tours, applications, and follow-ups
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

What We Are Looking For

• Previous apartment or property management experience is mandatory
• Strong understanding of leasing and basic accounting functions
• Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, or similar systems is preferred
• Professional, dependable, and capable of thriving in a busy setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
