Requirements

• Proven experience in managing or working within a pre-owned car dealership.
• Strong familiarity with vehicle sourcing and auction platforms such as Hibid and GovDeals.
• Solid grasp of dealership financial operations and profit margins.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-volume work environment.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all dealership functions including sales, procurement, and stock management.
• Source and obtain vehicles through auctions, wholesalers, and direct acquisitions.
• Review financial data, manage expenses, and boost profitability.
• Monitor pricing strategies and vehicle postings across various channels.
• Supervise and inspire sales personnel to achieve and surpass targets.
• Ensure adherence to all state and local regulatory requirements.
• Cultivate relationships with vendors, auction sites, and buyers.
• Track market developments and adapt business approaches as needed.
