Overview

Eagle Rock Club Service is currently recruiting for a Full-Time Battery Service Technician driver role. Applicants must be at least 25 years old due to insurance requirements and must successfully complete a background check.

Requirements

• Be at least 25 years old for insurance coverage eligibility.
• Successfully pass a background check.
• Possess a valid California driver's license.
• Maintain a clean driving record for the past three years.
• Be proficient in English (bilingual skills are advantageous).
• After hiring, be willing to undergo AAA Certified Training classes.
• After hiring, be able to accommodate flexible work schedules and take advantage of overtime opportunities.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities.
• Exhibit a friendly and optimistic demeanor.
• Maintain neat appearance and proper personal hygiene.
• Show responsibility and dependability.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales.
• Prior experience in customer service.
• Prior experience with BSP (Battery Service Program).
• Prior towing experience (including wheel lifts, flatbeds, and battery service).
• AAA certifications.
• Fluency in a second language.
• Mechanical skills.

Required Documentation

1. A three-year driving record from the DMV.
li>A valid driver's license.
2. A Social Security card.
