Position Summary
Become part of Rinktopia, a leading operator of seasonal outdoor ice skating destinations, for the forthcoming winter season. We are looking for enthusiastic, service-focused individuals to assist with daily operations at the Woodland Hills on Ice & Winterfest event, helping to craft unforgettable experiences in a charming outdoor winter setting. Positions may begin as early as Monday.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors with check-in procedures, ticket handling, and skate rentals.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility environment.
- Support rink operations including monitoring ice conditions and regulating guest traffic.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve minor guest issues quickly.
- Assist with opening and closing duties each day.
- Follow all company safety rules and procedures.
- Help guests using the ice slide attractions.
- Manage concession stand operations.
Qualifications
- Must have a positive, energetic, and reliable attitude.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in winter conditions is essential.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift skates or equipment throughout a shift.
- Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
