Overview

This in-person position merges retail jewelry sales and customer service with social media content production and product posting. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, maintain a polished appearance for modeling jewelry pieces, and be skilled in using social media platforms. Hourly compensation ranges from $18 to $28, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-store sales by assisting customers, showcasing jewelry collections, and completing transactions.
• Model jewelry items on camera for photographs and videos.
• Create basic photo and video content for Instagram and TikTok.
• List products on digital marketplaces such as Facebook Marketplace, Instagram Shop, OfferUp, TikTok, and eBay.
• Provide outstanding customer service both in person and online.
• Work collaboratively with team members.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Maintain a neat and presentable appearance suitable for modeling jewelry.
• Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in jewelry.
• Proficient in using a smartphone for photography, videography, and social media management.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Professional, friendly, and approachable attitude.
