Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid ID.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in retail, customer service, or the cannabis field is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a polite and professional demeanor.
• Provide product education and recommend options that match customer preferences.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain proper point-of-sale records.
• Comply with all state cannabis regulations and internal dispensary policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Restock merchandise and help manage inventory.
