Karma Dog Training, a nationally recognized company established in 2005, is growing its presence in Garden Grove and surrounding Orange County areas. We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and driven individual who loves dogs to join us as an independent contractor Dog Trainer and Behavior Specialist.

This is a meaningful, hands-on role where you will create a genuine impact in the lives of dogs and their families. You will collaborate with clients in their homes across Garden Grove, Anaheim, Westminster, Huntington Beach, and nearby communities, providing assistance with:

What You'll Be Doing

• Puppy training and early development
• Basic obedience and communication skills
• Behavior modification for issues like reactivity and anxiety
• Guiding clients to build calm, balanced relationships with their dogs

This position involves working with people as much as with dogs.

We use 100 percent positive reinforcement, science-based, and veterinarian-endorsed methods. No force, no fear, and no aversive tools are employed. We seek someone who believes in teaching rather than controlling.

• You are comfortable working independently in clients' homes

Experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Backgrounds in dog daycare, rescue work, boarding, veterinary clinics, grooming, or training are all welcome. We will train the right candidate.
