Young Engineers Westside Los Angeles is Seeking Instructors and Assistant Instructors
Position Overview
We are an international STEM education program dedicated to teaching children engineering, creativity, and critical thinking through interactive, hands-on activities. We are currently assembling a team of energetic and responsible educators to support our growing programs in West Los Angeles. This is a part-time, independent contractor position that includes paid training and opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in group settings is required.
- Strong classroom management and leadership abilities.
- An engaging, enthusiastic, and dynamic teaching approach.
- Dependable, organized, and professional demeanor.
- Comfortable following a pre-established curriculum.
- Proficient with technology, including email and basic digital tools.
- Capable of working in fast-paced school environments.
- Reliable transportation to school locations.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
Note: You do not need an engineering background; we provide all necessary training.
