We are looking for a Piano Teacher to join our music keyboard team. This is a part-time, in-person position.

Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Piano Teacher who can inspire students of all ages. You will create personalized and engaging lesson plans that encourage a love for music while helping students develop their piano skills. Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach piano techniques, music theory, and performance skills.
• Design customized lesson plans based on each student's learning style and goals.
• Use effective behavior management strategies to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
• Track student progress and offer constructive feedback.
• Plan recitals or performance events to highlight student achievements.
• Communicate with parents or guardians about progress and any concerns.
• Keep up with new teaching approaches and integrate innovative methods.

Qualifications and Experience

• Prior experience in piano instruction or music education is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of child development principles is an advantage.
• Experience with special education or adult education is helpful.
• Skills in lesson planning and childcare can improve teaching effectiveness.
• Must be energetic, flexible, and capable of connecting with students from various backgrounds.
