Position Summary

EngEasy Online Education Academy links teachers from North America with learners around the world who aim to enhance their English language and academic abilities. As an expanding, globally-focused institution, we adopt a contemporary approach to virtual teaching. This is a remote role that provides adaptable scheduling and attractive remuneration for instructing both small group and individual classes.

Candidate Qualifications

• Complete fluency in written and spoken English. Preference is given to native speakers.
• A Bachelor of Education degree or an equivalent post-secondary credential.
• Previous teaching experience, whether in a classroom or through tutoring.
• A constructive and enthusiastic mindset toward education.
• Familiarity with computer tools such as Google for Education, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
• A keen interest in innovative and imaginative teaching approaches.

Duties and Expectations

Deliver a pre-designed curriculum that addresses reading, writing, public speaking, and novel studies to small groups of 1 to 8 students in grades K through 12.
