This is an exciting opportunity to work with the latest 3D laser scanning technology and enhance your skills in the field. Candidates should have a basic understanding of residential construction (field experience is a plus) and a desire to build a rewarding career measuring residential and commercial buildings throughout the region, with additional travel opportunities across the country. Things You Will Do

This is a full-time position (40+ hours per week) with regular opportunities for overtime. In a typical week, you will:

• Travel to job sites across Southern California, with occasional travel to other regions and out-of-state locations.
• Represent PPM with professionalism, interacting with clients and site contacts while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Use cutting-edge scanning tools and software to document As-Built conditions of all kinds of properties: single-family homes, apartments, offices, retail buildings, hotels, schools, and more.
• Safely access rooftops, attics, and crawlspaces when required, documenting all aspects of a structure.
• Collaborate with your team through phone, email, and regular check-ins to ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of every set of As-Built plans.

If Selected for This Opportunity, PPM Will Offer You

• 28 - 38 dollars per hour based on experience
