Architectural Designer / Draftsperson

Overview
We are a small yet highly regarded architectural practice based in Santa Barbara, known for our focus on precisely detailed modern design. We are currently looking for a full-time Architectural Designer or Draftsperson to become part of our team. This position provides a creative and naturally inspiring work atmosphere, allowing for professional development while maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life.
Requirements
- A professional degree in Architecture from a recognized and accredited program.
- Three to five years of hands-on experience within an architectural firm.
- Proven capabilities in drafting and detailing, particularly with the creation of construction documents.
- Strong visual design sense, accompanied by digital modeling and rendering abilities.
- A genuine passion for the craft and artistry of building construction.
- Self-driven personality, complemented by effective communication and organizational abilities.
Software Requirements: Proficiency in Vectorworks is highly preferred. Competence in SketchUp and the Adobe Creative Suite is also a strong advantage.
