Overview

We are an expanding cabinetry company specializing in high-end residential projects. We are looking for a Cabinet Design Draftsman who has extensive AutoCAD experience and a strong foundation in cabinet making. The ideal candidate will be able to turn practical construction knowledge into precise, production-ready drawings. Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in cabinet making and woodworking.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with cabinet design software such as Cabinetware, Cabinet Vision, or Mozaik.
• Deep understanding of cabinet construction techniques and materials.
• Capability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience in a cabinet shop or millwork setting.
• Knowledge of CNC processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed cabinet shop drawings using AutoCAD and Cabinetware software.
• Create layouts, elevations, and cut lists for manufacturing.
• Collaborate closely with production and installation teams to maintain accuracy.
• Interpret architectural plans and client specifications.
• Implement revisions and updates as project requirements change.
• Ensure designs are efficient, constructible, and consistent with company standards.
