Overview

This study will assess either an investigational medication for Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD) or a placebo. In recognition of your time and involvement, you may receive up to $11,200 after completing the study.

Requirements

• Age range 18 to 50.
• Healthy males or females who are surgically sterile or post-menopausal.

Study Involvement

• Up to 1 screening visit.
• 1 overnight stay at the facility lasting 4 days and 3 nights.
• 9 extra in-person follow-up visits.
