Responsibilities

• Use QuickBase CRM proficiently.
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure proper application processing for customers.
• Manage email communications for payment requests, applications, and sales support.
• Familiarity with the Good Leap Upgrade and Service Finance application processes is required.
• Properly close loans.
• Use the company CRM for all loan-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a construction production office.
• Prior experience with home improvement renovations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to quickly troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate across departments and ensure smooth operations.
