Welcome to Americapreneur Financial
We are a life insurance company that partners with over 22 carriers. We are not an MLM requiring you to recruit others or contact your friends and family to sell policies. At our company, you will receive top-tier training, a strong culture, excellent systems and processes, and leads provided at no cost to you. We are a smaller firm based in Rancho Cucamonga, California, focused on developing agents into true producers. We expect every agent to earn a minimum of $10,000 per month, with the goal of becoming a $40,000+ monthly producer. Consequently, we maintain high standards and do not onboard just anyone.
We are currently hiring in-house sales representatives and virtual sales representatives to join our agency. You may work from home or from our brand new office location opening in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
Requirements to Join Our Agency as a Licensed Agent
- Must be able to make phone calls from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST daily.
- Must have a life insurance license to work from our office.
- Must have your license currently active.
- Must have previous sales experience (you will be on the phone calling clients).
- Must have a working laptop to make calls (we do not provide this).
If you are a licensed agent, we will provide a dialer, CRM access, and leads at no cost. You will not need to pay anything, but you must be skilled in sales for us to provide these resources. If you are not licensed, you can still join our Junior Broker program, which allows you to earn money while you pursue your license.
The benefits of working with our company include weekly payouts, high compensation, and the opportunity to earn $10,000 or more within your first 30 days, guaranteed if you follow our process.
